Refund Policy

Damages & Issues

If your order was shipped to you, please inspect it throughly upon its arrival and contact us immediately if your products are damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong products.

Refunds/Returns

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions and/or concerns please reach out to us.

Pickup Policy

​

From the date you are notified your entire order is ready for pickup, you have 15 days to pickup. After 15 days, your order will be RESTOCKED. If you've already paid, the items will still be RESTOCKED & YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you know you will have issues picking up your order in that time frame, please choose to have your order shipped. We do not have the capacity to store orders for months on end. Rarely are there ever issues with this, but, I want there to be a policy in place for JGS & customers to refer to. Thank you for being respectful of our time & space!
