Sugar Plum - Salt Soap

I curated a salt soap bar at the request of a shave soap. This bar contains an unrefined ancient pink sea salt mined from right here in America. Salt is a widely known humectant, meaning it is great at drawing moisture to itself…making it ideal for dry skin/dry skin conditions. Salt also helps to balance oily, overactive skin. The salt makes it slightly exfoliating which is great for picking up hairs to get a closer shave. I recommend only using this soap a couple of times a week since it is such a great exfoliator.
 
Because these bars have salt in them, they are very hard and long lasting. However, they will still need to be stored properly on a soap dish between uses.
 
Ingredients: coconut oil, castor oil, distilled water, sodium hydroxide, sea salt, mica, phthalate free fragrance oil.
